Job Description
Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects across various sites with the main office in Tipton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead project execution on-site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met within a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise multiple sites in Severn Trent
Ensure all on-site activities are carried out in line with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
Maintain and manage project documentation and compliance with industry standards
Coordinate and communicate effectively with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to plans
Prepare site reports and updates for senior management as requiredJob Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil or construction projects, ideally in the water sector
SMSTS is essential
CSCS Black Card preferred
Valid CSCS card and relevant site management certifications are advantageous
Strong understanding of site management principles, safety standards, and construction practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
Competence in managing site documentation and tracking project progressBenefits:

Accommodation/digs provided for assignments requiring extended travel from home.
