Role: Senior Business Analyst

The introduction of a Digital and Strategy department is testament to our ambition as we close out the initial implementation of best-in-breed software solutions for our core capabilities and move into an ‘innovation first’ approach to the industry. This role is a key position within that greenfield department. You will be joining a growing a brilliant team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.
What you will be doing
Capture and analysis of business requirements and translating into detailed system requirements during the Demand Scoping / Evaluation activity, aligned with strategic objectives and goals.
Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and build consensus among diverse teams.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
Leading and managing the technical understanding of data and systems integrations and how these influence business and data processing within an organisation.
Being a leading point of contact for multiple SaaS systems in an integrated estate to drive business process enhancement and information flow within organisations
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals.
Create clear and concise documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
Definition, creation, and acceptance criteria of solution requirements required by the delivery teams for based on the business requirements.
Definition, creation, and acceptance criteria of User Journeys / User Stories as required by
the delivery teams based on the business requirements.
Lead any perm/temp Business Analyst team members assigned to a product or project through effective coaching of skills, aligning the team with the IFG delivery Processes and by defining and leveraging effective KPIs and measures to empower teams to operate within established guardrails and expectations.
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery, with experience of operating in low maturity product and project environments.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or similar recognised bodies very desirable.
Good Knowledge of Food & Beverage, Contract Catering and Hospitality sectors very desirable.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Familiarity with ERP systems and other business management software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
