As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial management of multiple high-profile construction projects. You will lead and manage teams, ensuring that financial and commercial targets are met while upholding best practices in cost control, contract management, and dispute resolution. This position requires experience in large, complex schemes and a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with corporate KPIs.
This will be a roaming role. You will support by managing a number of sites (Potentially 2 or 3, dependant on size/value) and be at head office when required.

* Dispute Resolution & Claims Management
* Team Leadership & Development
* Project Management & Delivery
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* KPI & Performance Reporting
* Compliance & Risk Management
We’re Looking For:
* BSC or MSC in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or similar
* Commercially astute with substantially proven experience within a commercial role in the Construction Industry.
* Chartered membership of RICS
* Negotiation training
* Excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (NEC & JCT) and Standard Methods of Measurement.
* Previous experience managing or mentoring more junior members of the team
* Presentation skills
* Monthly Cost reporting
