Property and Contract Solicitor

Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Property and Contract Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Based in Liverpool city centre, you will work a hybrid model.

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified solicitor who is looking for a new challenge.

Job Duties:

• Advise clients on the merits of their case, prospects of success and proportionality.
• Provide written and verbal advisor to clients on matters of property disputes and contract law.
• Interpreting the terms of policies and ensuring that matters fall within the scope of the policy.
• Handling a caseload of pre litigated matters, collecting evidence, expert reports and details of losses.
• Instructing Counsel when necessary.
• Progressing claims in accordance with the CPR and SLAs.

• Interviews will be happening as soon as possible

Ideal experience

• Solicitor or Member or Fellow of CILEx with experience in property and/or contract law.
• Excellent working knowledge of relevant case law and legislation.
• Ability to progress claims and disputes in a timely manner.
• Commercially minded with the ability to see opportunities to optimise commercial relationships and opportunities both for the client and the firm.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
