As the Contract Manager in Felixstowe, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across two units on-site. As the Contract Manager in Felixstowe, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our catering operations across two units on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on site Culinary team of 15
- Completing weekly book work & reports
- Lead and drive the strategy for growth and retention of new and existing business.
- Communicate strategies to the team and implement improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage labor costs above budget to the client through established policies.
