Conveyancing Paralegal

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the conveyancing department. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the management of conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including corresponding with clients, solicitors, and agents.
Conducting research, gathering necessary information, and preparing conveyancing documents such as contracts, leases, and title deeds.
Carrying out property searches, verifying ownership, and assisting with the completion of necessary forms and documentation.
Liaising with various stakeholders, including estate agents, mortgage advisors, and other legal professionals, to facilitate the smooth progress of transactions.
Maintaining accurate records, monitoring deadlines, and managing administrative tasks to support the conveyancing process.To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document preparation and transaction management.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
