Job Title: Architecture and Solutions Manager, EMEA

Job details:

The desired candidate must have:

7+ years of relevant work experience in designing and implementing technical solutions to deliver business capabilities with around 5 years in the EMEA region

Knowledge of emerging frameworks, technologies and trends

Experience in a technical client facing role i.e. solution /enterprise architect, principal consultant etc.

Experienced in documenting business process and system design architecture

Knowledge and exposure of Automation, infrastructure / cloud services in AWS or AZURE or GCP, security

Prior project management & solutioning experience using offshore model and ensuring quality deliverables

Passion to read and learn about new technology trends and bring them to practice

Understand agile custom software delivery and can motivate tech teams with creativity and enthusiasm

Good understanding of various Engagement & Financial models

Managed mid to large size client engagement for different services

Revenue & Growth oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation and client-facing skills

Worked in offshore environments, with a full understanding of engagement models and solution development life cycles e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc

Key area will be capabilities in a number of the areas below, especially Digital Experience, Microsoft platforms, Integration Platforms

Good To Have:

Experience working with large enterprise customers i.e.BFSI / Supply Chain Domain

Experience inSolution design pattern and Security design pattern

Experience inPresales

Experience inTOGAFOR Zachman Framework

Experience inArchitecture governance

Building and contributing governance framework

Willingness to work on complex problems and Ability to provide the solution
