Interim Senior Counsel (Legal Consultant)

The client & Team:

Our client have a well established legal team servicing UK, Ireland and EMEA regions. This role is to suport the UK & I business regions. They are well known in their sector for consumer hardware goods.

The Role:

• Broad commercial legal matters
• Compliance
• Data Protection advisory work
• Consumer focused work
• Advertising and marketing campaigns and new product launches
• Competition

The succesful candidate will be/have:

• Available at short notice (within 1-2 weeks)
• Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales or other jurisdiction but with experience working on UK focused legal matters
• Broad commercial legal exposure - Commercial lawyers with in-house experience
• B2C exposure
• Expeerience within retail, Electronics/Tech, goods and services consumer focused businesses
• Experience with a range of goods and services contracts is a must
• Ability to adapt to varying levels of workload
• Highly personable and approachable and excellent relationship building skills
• Reliable and committed to supporting business partners and stakeholders
• Would suit a mid to senior counsel level candidate

Duration:This is a 3 month initial term with prospects to extend depending on permanent hiring plans.

IR35: Outside IR35 - Can work through Limited Company

Start Date: November 2024

Ltd Company Day rate: 550-650 a day

Location: Uxbridge (flexible working but some office presence would be ideal)

Full time OR Part time (4 days a week)
