Religious Education Teacher required for a Secondary school in the Stockport area.
Location: Stockport
Position: Full-Time Religious Education Teacher, long term-perm
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the importance of religion in society, promote understanding among different faiths, and encourage reflective thought.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative RE lessons to students across KS3 and KS4 year groups.
Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the educational needs of all students.
Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages open discussion and respect for diverse viewpoints.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience at the school.
Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community.Qualifications:
A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
A strong understanding of various religious beliefs and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting inclusivity and respect for diversity.
Experience in teaching RE is preferred but not essential.
