Location: Commutable to Irvine

Remuneration: £13.26 per hour + 10% - 20% shift bonus

Schedule: Shift rota Monday Friday (day shift 07:00 15:15 / back shift 15:00 23.15)

The role of the Production Team Leader Timber Manufacturing will involve:

Team Leader position assisting with the management of the production line fora high end range of timber productswithin a sawmill

Responsible for production operations and standards

Ensure that all regulations, policies and health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times

Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure that plant machinery is fully operational

Overseeing a production team of circa 30-35 dependent on shift patterns

The ideal applicant will be a Production Team Leader Timber Manufacturing with:

Must have team leader / management / supervisory experience

Ideally will be from a timber products / timber frame background: timber, lumbar, material timber, saw milling, saw mill, decking, fencing, whitewoods, carcassing etc

Must be an excellent communicator and leader

Strong health and safety background, ideally IOSH qualified

Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
