Role Highlights:

• Location: Liverpool - fully office based
• Salary: £50-60,000 based on experience
• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure cost control.
• Collaborate with project teams, providing financial and contractual advice.
• Generate detailed cost reports and forecasts to support project management.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting environment.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and cost control.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
