What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the Team: Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Keep it Running: Coordinate schedules, resources, and daily operations to ensure seamless progress.
* Ensure Quality: Uphold the highest standards in construction and infrastructure delivery.
* Problem Solver: Tackle on-site challenges and implement effective solutions.
* Drive Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Client Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
* Progress Reporting: Prepare and present site progress updates and documentation to stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
* Leadership Experience: A proven track record as a Site Manager in water utilities or civil engineering.
* Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of water utility systems, processes, and standards.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple teams, schedules, and priorities effectively.
* Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience in resolving on-site challenges.
* Qualifications: HND/BEng in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
* Driving License: A full UK driving license is essential
