Maintenance Manager - Pakefield Holiday Park - Pakefield, Lowestoft

Salary/Rate of Pay: £26,669.67 per annum

Responsibilities:

• To greet & communicate with customers professionally and courteously.


• To always promote the company and the Park with a positive approach.


• Carry out health & safety checks as per the park agreement.


• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists as required.


• To manage staff and work load of the department


• To prepare and plan all movement of vans, liaising with the Sales Manager on completion and after-sales.


• To manage and oversee all siting activity while on duty.


• To liaise with external contractors for the completion of specific projects and ensure compliance with H & S and building regulations.


• Ensure the good working order of all plant and equipment and plan, prepare and implement a planned maintenance schedule for all plant/equipment to keep in good working order.


• To manage a budget for all resources within the area of responsibility and to monitor and maintain effective control.
