What you’ll be doing…
- Delivering an exceptional in club ‘Guest experience journey’, successfully touring appointments and walk-ins to convert to members.
- Ensuring immaculate data capture for all sales prospects.
- Activating an excellent member journey for all new joiners.
- Working in collaboration with business support functions to integrate sales strategies and promotions.
- Co-ordinate and support outreach to promote the club.
- Maximising new and existing corporate accounts, organising ongoing events, and maintaining quality relationships.
- Implement and execute all pricing and promotional activities.
- Managing the day to day running of the club as an when required.
- Be an ambitious role model for all club team members, commanding by example in all operational excellence.
- You will have a solid background in targeted sales, and experience selling products or services.
- Ideally, but not essential, you'll have gained exposure to driving gym membership and sales.
- A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets.
- Great communication skills - you’re at ease building rapport, listening to members, and demonstrating empathy when needed.
- A team player committed to creating an excellent guest experience.
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly.
- Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines.
