Role Overview:



As a Cell Therapy Account Executive (CTAE), you will lead Autolus’ relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) in your assigned region. This role involves driving the adoption of Autolus CAR T therapies, ensuring seamless coordination of operational activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for ATCs, cultivating strong relationships and developing strategic account plans to support patient outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain meaningful connections with ATC stakeholders, including senior leadership, thought leaders, and key decision-makers.

  • Strategic Planning: Assess the performance of Autolus therapies within ATCs and create tailored plans to optimize utilization.

  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate all activities related to ATC site setup, compliance audits, patient treatment logistics, and staff training.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to address account needs and deliver solutions.

  • Clinical Expertise: Educate healthcare providers on the latest clinical data, approved messaging, and best practices for CAR T therapies.

  • Insights & Advocacy: Provide feedback on market trends, therapeutic advancements, and opportunities to enhance engagement with ATCs.



Requirements:


  • Experience: Strong background in oncology account management, preferably with CAR T therapies, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of hematology, oncology, and cell therapy, with the ability to manage complex treatment logistics.

  • Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain high-level professional relationships, develop strategic plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare stakeholders.

  • Commitment: Willingness to travel extensively to engage with ATC teams and support regional and national initiatives.
