Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bath, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits
Future Select are currently recruiting for a well respected Asbestos Consultancy who are recruiting for qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst. The role will require travel across a mixed portfolio of sites across the South West region, working in line with company / client requirements to carry out the full range of Asbestos Surveying and Site Analytical duties including: Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys, 4 stage clearances to Auditing of contractors.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bristol, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Bridgwater, Minehead, Taunton, Ilminster, Yeovil, Shaftesbury, Chippenham, Marlborough, Devizes, Newbury, Andover, Warminster, Swindon, Cirencester, Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cardiff, Newport, Barry, Weston-Super-Mare, Caerphilly.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, and P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst.
" IT literate, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to prioritise workload in line with company and client needs.
The Role:
" Working on a portfolio of Healthcare, Educational and Government sites.
" Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
" Carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances, leak, smoke, re-assurance, background, and personal air testing.
" Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation.
" Auditing of contractors on site in line with company / client requirements.
" Creating detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients.
