Overview
- Drive project success by supporting every phase of developmentfrom identifying potential sites to handing over completed projects.
- Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound.
- Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
- Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
- Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.

- A degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in property development, real estate, or construction
- Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, or property finance
- Motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about real estate.
- Thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Min two years experience in a relevant position
