We are looking for a Multi trade to join a dedicated team focused on maintaining and improving social housing in Bristol. You will receive a permanent contract offering £34,436 per year, company van, fuel card and great benefits package.

We are seeking a skilled Multi trade with expertise in plumbing and tiling to support a planned and voids team. You will play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe and functional for tenants.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations
• Bathroom and wet room installations
• Tiling and some minor carpentry
• Conduct maintenance tasks in various properties
• Work independently and manage your time effectively
