We are now looking for a Site Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of specific sites and projects.
Ensuring all milestones, service level agreements and budgets are met while managing on-site safety and compliance, you will lead co-ordination with external delivery partners and manage contractors.
You will also conduct environmental and fire risk assessments, oversee waste management and ensure all contractors comply with safety measures.
Additionally, you will:
- Prepare and manage the Construction Phase Plan and site risk register
- Conduct weekly health and safety audits and close out any actions from site visits
- Ensure tenant interaction and organise consultation meetings
- Compile handover packs and Operations and Maintenance Manuals
- Communicate project progress to the Operations Director
- Carry out toolbox talks, inductions, safety briefings and daily inspections
About You
To be considered as a Site Manager, you will need:
- Site management experience
- Experience delivering social housing measures, i.e. decent homes programmes such as heating and bathroom upgrades
- Experience working with TLOs (Tenant Liaison Officers)
- Experience programming multiple heating installations
- The ability to analyse complex information and drawings
- An SMSTS and/or CSCS qualification
Please note, some projects may require travel and overnight stays.
This role will require the successful candidate to complete a DBS check.
