Role Overview
A well known construction client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a full-time role based in Chichester, UK. This position will be responsible for driving project schedules, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and overseeing all phases of project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that complex commercial and manufacturing facilities are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expedite project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Oversee and conduct inspections to maintain strict quality standards.
Lead logistics management, including materials procurement and resource coordination.
Provide end-to-end project management, covering budget, scope, quality, and risk.
Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, resolving issues and promoting project success.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in project management within technical construction or a related field.
Strong skills in expediting, inspection management, and logistics coordination.
Commercial Project Management experience essential
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
