Fit Out Manager

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Fit Out Manager to assist in managing a multi million pound residential development based in Edinburgh.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Fit Out Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Fit Out Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS/SSSTS

• First aid

• Experienced in overseeing residential fit out projects

• 8+ years management experience
