Demolition Site Supervisor

RTL are on the look out for a Demolition Site Supervisor to work on behalf of a leading Demolition contractor in Central London on a Strip out Project . My clients services include all methods of demolition, groundworks and civil engineering.
My client has ongoing work for the right candidate!!
Pay rate is OUTSIDE IR35!!
Site Supervisor duties:
* Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.
* Managing specialist Sub Contractors
* Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.
* Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets
* Organising and managing labour on site
* Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.
* Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.
* Arranging inductions
* To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.
Supervisor Requirements:
* IT/Paperwork Literate
* SMSTS/SSTS
* CCDO Gold card
* Experience working for Demolition sub contractors
* 5 + years management experience
