Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for a HR Officer to join our client's team in Maidstone on a temporary basis.
You will have a responsibility to:
Ensure all information is secured confidentially in compliance with GDPR
Submit payroll details accurately
Work towards deadlines
Identify whether something needs escalatingDuties will include:
Administration relating to absences, on boarding, contract changes and leavers
Update the system for any payroll or contract changes in line with deadlines
Prepare documents for new starters and leavers
Conduct exit interviews with colleagues
Liaise with other departments e.g. payroll regarding pay, pensions or time sensitive submission deadlines
Support the HR policy with identifying trends to evolve or for example updating HR policiesThis role is Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) and the desk is covered 8-6 on a rota basis. This role pays £14.42ph. This could also lead permanent for the right candidate. There is also an opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after training.
We are looking for someone with HR experience.
