Job Title: Trainee Service Engineer
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000. DOE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 17.00pm / Friday 08:30am - 13.00pm
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Sector: Engineering
Our client based in Newmarket is looking for a Trainee Service Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.
As a Trainee Service Engineer your duties will include:
* Perform all service and Calibration work in a timely and affective manner
* Support the Service Manager and Sales Manager with CSD (post Sales) questions and support.
* Communicate scheduling issues with Service team to keep customers’ expectations correct
* Promote the services of the Company with Customers during site visits
* To deliver service and calibration to customers across the UK, backed-up with delivery of CSD support for the ASM team where required.
An ideal candidate for the Trainee Service Engineer will have:
* Good communication skills, verbal & written
* Previous experience in the Engineering/ Calibration
* Desire for Career growth
