Salary: 50k + £500 P/M Car Allowance + Annual Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital

What you'll be doing;
Manage site team and coordinate activities within scope, including becoming Appointed Persons for technical areas.
Execute maintenance and calibration programs for equipment in scope.
Lead engineering technical support team to ensure equipment optimization, reliability, and availability.
Direct operations team across key systems and optimise all activities within scope.
Manage sub-contractor activities on site and their commercial aspects.
Develop and implement long-term strategic direction in liaison with the client.
Ensure safety compliance, track and report safety/environmental incidents, and maintain training curricula.
Oversee commercial responsibilities, including cost control, budgetary management, and forecasting.
Identify, fill, and develop team roles, ensuring technical qualifications and implementing training programs.
Design and implement a pathway to move asset maintenance to a Reliability Centred Maintenance model.
What we're looking for;
Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in mechanical/building services or electrical/building services, with minimum five years experience in a similar role
Management experience in an industrial utilities environment
Demonstrable Health & Safety experience
Operating within a regulated environment.
Excellent PC Skills & ability to develop and deliver presentations at both client and internal levels.
Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of industrial utilities
Design and/or modification of industrial utilities (desirable)
Supervisory/management experience in a pharmaceutical utilities environment (desirable)
Demonstrate an ability to motivate and drive a team in a continuous improvement environment (desirable)
Continuous Improvement techniques 5S/Kaizen/6 sigma/ FMEA (desirable)
