Job Description
Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a passionate and driven Contract Sales Manager to join our client’s well-established and successful kitchen and bathroom showroom in Cambridgeshire.
Hours; Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary; Up to £45,000 (£65-70k OTE)

The Contract Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new leads, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom industry, as well as experience in KBB Contract Sales.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including housing developers, architects, and interior designers
* Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and trade shows
* Prepare and present proposals to prospective client
* Close sales and negotiate contracts
* Manage the sales process from start to finish
* Track and report sales activity
* Stay up to date on the latest trends in kitchen & bathroom design
* Attend industry events and conferences
* Be proactive, resilient, a self-starter and energetic
The right candidate:
* Full Clean drivers licence
* A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry
* Experience in kitchen and/or bathroom design sales
* Strong understanding of the kitchen and/or bathroom design industry
* A black book of contacts in the industry used to open doors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* A business development manager or Contract Sales Manager, with a proven track record in the KBB industry
