Mechanical Fitters Mate

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Mechanical Fitters for a long-term contract role, starting asap.

Our client is a well-established, leading water treatment specialist and due to continued growth, is expanding its mechanical fitting team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

Working alongside a Mechanical Fitter, undertaking installation, reactive maintenance, planned works of mechanical pumps, valves and motors within water treatment plants and pump stations.

• Assisting the installation of mechanical pumps, valves and motors within water treatment plants.
• Assisting the maintenance and planned works within plant rooms and pump stations.
• Leak detection and repairs.
• Fault finding, inspection & testing.
• Covering multiple sites across the Hampshire area.

All candidates must have a full UK Driving Licence and relevant qualifications and/or experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
