Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager for a Permanent role with a leading Manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be based in North East, England and will be responsible for generating new business across the designated region. The role entails close collaboration with various stakeholders including Fabricators, Installers, trade counters, Architects, Specifiers, and Main Contractors with a focus on PVC-U window products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar role within the Sales industry
• Knowledge of the construction market in North East England and a strong network of contacts
• Ability to assimilate knowledge of specific window products and demonstrate commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the capability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Desirable: Prior experience in the fenestration market and dealings with Fabricators, Contractors, and Architects

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45k along with a car allowance and the opportunity to earn up to a 50% bonus. Additionally, the company provides an enhanced pension.
