Gloucestershire (hybrid with national travel)
Our client is a leading fire safety organisation dedicated to helping clients reduce fire-related risks.
They are now looking for a Fire Risk Assessment Trainer & Assessor to join their team.
In this role, you'll deliver fire risk assessments and training to clients across the UK, both in-person and online. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in fire safety whilst making a meaningful impact.

What you'll do
Prepare and deliver training to meet best practices and industry standards.
Lead and support learners on courses, guiding them through their learning journey.
Assess learner activities, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART objectives.
Help update training materials and mentor other trainers.
Complete necessary prep and admin tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Provide technical support and consult on training content with clients and internal teams.
Develop and maintain CPD and qualification courses to meet industry standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with industry trends.
Offer continuous support to learners for a positive learning experience.
Contribute to Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes.
What you'll need
5+ years' experience in fire safety, including conducting risk assessments in high-risk environments.
Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
Assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards obtaining one.
Proven ability to deliver training and create effective training materials.
