Job Description
JT2 – Defence Account Manager
Location: Worcester with travel to customer sites
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonuses
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an ambitious self-motivated Defence Account Manager to sell into the Military across Tri-Services. You will proactively build strong relationships with current clients to grow the existing business. You will be responsible for generating and developing new contacts to uncover further sales opportunities within the client base. You will need to be driven client focused and love building relationships with multiple stake holders. Account planning is an important part of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
60/40 Business development and Account management
Building new relationships and generating business
Developing existing client relationships
Consultative Sales approach
Collaborate well with the Customer Success Manager and Bid Team
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ Years of Defence Account Management in a B2B Role.
Exceptional Communication Skills
Experience in Consultative selling to either Military and Defence, or have served in the Armed Forces
Experience in managing others
Full Driving licence and access to a car
SC is an advantage
