Job Description

Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Mandated Training)

Location: Humberside 5 days pw on site.

Copello are working with an International defence client who are looking for an Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Mandated Training). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the required Mandated Training Courses to Part 145, Part M and Support Staff based in the UK and overseas. The training will be delivered either by internet or face-to-face.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a specialist training team, where you will support the requirement for personnel to remain current and compliant with the various Regulatory Articles relating to Mandated Training.

What you’ll be doing:

* Delivering the Mandated Training Courses to UK and Overseas Staff

* Promote the use of feedback to enable the continuous improvement of the content and delivery of the training

* To support, train and guide learners and develop their personal and professional attitudes, skills and abilities with responsibility to ensure successful completion of qualifications

Your skills and experiences:

* Experience of delivering Mandatory Training such as Human Factors, Safety Management Systems is essential

* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or progressing towards) or equivalents

* Experience of working within a Part 145 and Part M Organisation

* Understanding of the MAA and CAA Regulations applicable to Part 145, Part 147 and Part M organisations
