Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Tonbridge
Salary Range: £120 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: ASAP
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the role:
As a SEN Teacher, you will create engaging lessons that align with the curriculum for the students with special needs and prepare them for success in their studies and future academic goals.
Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:
Deliver specialised teaching to students with SEN needs.
Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum.
Support students in one-to-one or small group settings.
Help students understand and engage with the syllabus according to key stages.
Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Work closely with SENCOs, staff, and guardians to upgrade the academic strategies.
Requirements of the SEN Teacher:
Holding QTS is mandatory.
A bachelor's or master's degree in any field.
Prior experience as a SEN Teacher is an advantage.
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
