We have multiple opportunities for Commercial Property Solicitors at varying different levels ranging from NQ - Senior Associate across East Anglia.

Duties include a varied caseload of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for L&T, sellers, and buyers including:

• Sale, purchase and lease of land or property
• Leasehold management
• Regeneration Projects
• Development, infrastructure and planning projects

The junior positions will have strong involvement with business development as well as managing their own caseload with assistance from senior members of the team, supporting the team with larger projects. The senior positions have a lean on management of the junior members of team, as well as managing their own workload.
