Full Time Contract (3 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Business Partner in Lewisham. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and departmental leaders, offering strategic HR guidance aligned with organizational objectives
Lead on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance and disciplinary processes, and consultation procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws
Set and monitor performance targets for both direct reports and partnered departments, providing guidance on talent management, succession planning, and staff development
Manage, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, promoting best practices in HR service delivery and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals and HR service standards
Develop and execute HR policies and business partnering strategies that support organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiativesThe candidate:
CIPD Level 7 is desirable
Experience in Business Partnering and Employee relations is essential
