Fleet Contracts Manager

The Opportunity:

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, youll be instrumental in managing and expanding our contract hire portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of our contracts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Implement company processes and procedures to uphold company integrity and maintain vehicle compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maximise the use of company facilities to exceed business and customer expectations.
• Monitor customer support functions with ongoing review and updates to improve efficiency.
• Analyse operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and P&L benefits.
• Manage engineering costs to meet legal and contractual requirements.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Familiarity with the bus and coach or commercial vehicle rental industry.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Aunderstanding of heavy vehicle engineering.
• The ability to thrive under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A clean driving license.
