Assistant Construction Manager
This Assistant Construction Manager role is a great opportunity to make an impression with a reputable firm.
You will be shadowing an experienced Project Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build the project. The project is a large £38m cut and carve scheme based in Central London. Your scope of works will include assisting with the enabling works including demolition and earthworks.
Responsibilities for Assistant Construction Manager
Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from demolition to completion.
Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
