We have an exciting opportunity for an Air Import Clerk to join this medium sized freight forwarder near Staines.Monday to Friday 9-5.30, Salary c£35k+
Ideal candidate will be confident in the start to finish operation
Role involves
Communication with customers - via email and phone.Excellent customer servicesExecute the shipments at the agreed cost and report any deviations.Communicate with origin office to set up shipment and monitor them.Provide quotesCustom ClearanceBill VAT/DutyAdd all costs to the filesBillingDealing with invoice queries.
Experience3 years + experience within an Air Import departmentProactiveTo be able to work alone and as part of a team and demonstrate initiativeAbility to work under pressureFlexible attitude
