JOB TITLE: Office Manager/PA to MD
LOCATION: Brixham
SALARY: £14-£16/hr DOE

The position we are looking to fill is for an Office Manager/PA to MD,
The Role:
A blended role comprising of 2 parts,
Part 1: Office Manager
Ensuring accuracy during Admin of Contracts: Including printing, organising drawings and setting up new contracts.
General Admin: Filing, answering incoming calls, and handling day-to-day office tasks.
Supporting Admin: Sending out enquiries, printing documents, and supporting other areas of the team.
Commercial Support: Documentation for new subcontractors, keeping all insurance records up to date and managing the contractor records.
Stock Control: Monitoring and ordering of required supplies,
Part 2: PA to Managing Director
PQQ New contractors: carry out pre-qualification questionnaires on all new contractors
Diary Management: Organising and ensuring all contacts are made correctly and any actions are carried out
Online System: Managing the online system and ensuring all details are current and factual
Email Management: Filtering any irrelevant emails and actioning others where possible, accurately transferring messages and action points to relevant people
The ideal candidate will:
Be highly motivated and thrive in a busy workplace
Be experienced working in a construction environment
Have strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Be confident using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs
Summary:
This is Permanent, Part Time role, with a flexibility regarding start and finish times
Can be split across 4/5 mornings a week
Perfect hours for school run commitments
