As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for providing engaging and well-structured lessons to help students flourish academically and socially. Your responsibilities will include:
-Delivering the Year 4 curriculum in an inspiring and creative manner.
-Supporting the personal and emotional development of the students.
-Assessing and tracking students' progress to ensure they reach their full potential.
-Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
-Collaborating with colleagues and parents to foster a strong learning community.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
-Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
-Previous experience teaching Year 4 students or relevant age groups.
-Passion for creating a positive and dynamic learning experience.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities.
This is a full-time position, but we understand the importance of work-life balance. Four or three days a week would be considered for exceptional candidates.
