Repairs Surveyor

I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a social housing provider in the West Midlands. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys and technical reports in line with group practice. This is an initial 3 month contract.

Repairs Surveyor responsibilities:

• Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
• Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
• Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service.

What is required for the role:

• Experience in social housing
• Repairs Surveying experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector and awareness of its regulations
