About the role of a Resident Engineer
We are looking for a Resident Engineer with a Plumbing or Mechanical bias in Holborn. There are 5 areas to maintain but you will be based at 1 site mainly. The areas are a 15-20 minutes walk away or there is a van that can be used to move between sites. This van can also be used for personal usage.
Responsibilities for the Resident Engineer
Maintenance work on Plumbing/Mechanical systems this is both PPM and reactive work
Shower head cleaning,AHUs and FCU's
Some work on Hot water systems
L8 water testing
Working with one other engineer Requirements for Resident Engineer
Minimum NVQ Level 2
Previous Building Services experience
Need to be competent with communication
Time keeping is important for this client

Salary up to £402K
No call out
Van which can be used for personal usage
