Job Title:Designate Branch Manager Contract Type: Permanent Contracted Hours:38 Hours Salary:OTE £55,000 (uncapped earning potential) About the Role: Are you ready to take the next step in your retail management career? Were looking for a dynamic, results-driven Designate Branch Manager to join our team, covering various locations across Northern Ireland. As a Designate Branch Manager, you will step into the heart of our operations, taking responsibility for the performance, management and overall success of your assigned stores. Youll play a key role in leading and inspiring your team, ensuring they consistently deliver excellent service while meeting sales and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of assigned branch, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management and performance. Leading and inspiring the branch team to deliver on all sales metrics and KPIs, with ultimate accountability for delivery of branch operations, targets and KPIs Develop a high performing and winning branch team through regular coaching and 1:1s, delivering engaging and motivating team briefs supported by a strong rapport with the branch team Making an impactful contribution and positively influence all areas of the business, driving rapport while demonstrating candour in all situations Ensuring our pathway to reaching sales greatness is thriving Owning the full customer journey and experience including high merchandising standards, being better than the competition and resolving customer issues Aggressively trading the branch through commercial rotas, reviewing the sales performance by persons/range and implementing actions to maximise sales Ownership of branch health and safety and ensuring all branch admin is completed on time Embrace company culture and values while actively holding the team to the same standards Demonstrate relentless optimism for the business, positive energy, drive and a can do attitude About You: Were seeking a passionate and experienced retail professional with the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally at Store Manager level. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to different store environments. Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales and achieving business objectives. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel and work across various store locations within Northern Ireland.
