This role offers you the chance to join a people-focused team that values individual contributions and prioritises employee growth. Reporting to a remote Commercial Manager, you’ll have commercial control of projects while collaborating with a supportive on-site team.
Responsibilities
Be part of the commercial delivery of a multi-year, £80M+ Manchester-based residential project.
Manage budgets, subcontractor packages, and cost controls to ensure project success.
Work closely with the site team and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
