Are you a Maintenance Supervisor with H&S knowledge looking to join a well established business in a role that will invest in you to develop your skills both in the technical aspects of the role as well as progression into management, all the while giving you a great work/life balance?

Established over 30 years ago, this well-established lighting manufacturer have amassed a successful reputation for themselves and they are currently seeking an ambitious Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of the dept.

In this role, you'll oversee a small engineering team which you will get the chance to develop further whilst driving change to benefit the company's health & safety processes.

The role:

• Oversee a small maintenance team
• Implementing continuous improvements within the dept
• Monday - Thursday / 7am - 4.30pm, Fridays 7am - 1.15pm
• £50,000 - £60,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + Career Progression + Extra Training + Excellent Company Benefits

The person:

• Maintenance Engineering background
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Leadership experience
• H&S knowledge
