Location: Southall (UB2)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (dependant on experience)
Shift: 4 on 4 off - Night Shift
Industry: Export Warehouse (Aviation Security Knowledge Essential)

Join one of the UK's leading logistics companies as a Warehouse Supervisor for our export facility. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in aviation security to lead our night shift team on a 4 on, 4 off basis. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all export operations meet the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities as a Warehouse Supervisor will include:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the warehouse team to ensure efficient export processes and compliance with aviation security regulations.
• Conducting regular checks to ensure adherence to security protocols specific to the aviation industry.
• Overseeing the loading, unloading, and safe handling of goods to meet strict deadlines.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation across the warehouse.
• Ensuring all team members follow health, safety, and security guidelines.
