Wrap Around Care Leader

We are working on extending and improving our wrap around care and are looking for just the right person to welcome children into school bright and early in the morning and help care for them after school until 6:00pm. The successful candidate will be working with a small team of wrap around care staff to plan and lead activities, work with external agencies e.g sports coaches and our catering company and, most importantly ensure that our pupils are very happy to be at Holbrook before and after the school day. This post is new for our school and there will be the opportunity to shape and develop the role further. This role will be exciting, challenging and incredibly rewarding; Holbrook will forever hold a special place in your heart.

We are looking for a wrap around leader who:

• Inspires, nurtures and challenges all pupils before and after school
• Will work as a team player in all aspects of school life
• Has the passion and skills to lead a small team and an exciting wrap around provision
• Has exceptional communication skills and uses these to liaise with parents, external agencies and the wider Holbrook team
• Builds strong relationships with colleagues, children and parents quickly
• Will plan bespoke activities for pupils which are engaging and fun
• Is passionate that all children have a great day at Holbrook from beginning to end!
