Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers for block booking/contract posts working within a Home Based Treatment Team in Salford.
The team offer an alternative to psychiatric hospital admission, supporting service users in acute mental health crisis in their homes, as well as supporting loved ones and carers during this period. The team are passionate about providing person centred care, tailoring care plans to suit the needs of all individuals involved during the care spell and providing a range of psychosocial interventions during their admission. The team are required to thoroughly risk assess situations and have access to a supportive leadership team to support such complex cases.
Main Duties include;
* To provide comprehensive assessment of a service users mental state and social needs which would aid the completion of a collaborative care plan for community management.
* To provide comprehensive risk assessment, formulation and management as part of the service user's journey.
* Liaison with other agencies involved in a service users care.
The role is offering full time hours, either 3x long days a week, or Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - both equate to 37.5h a week positions. This is a daytime position and the service cannot offer night shifts at this time.
DIRECT HBTT EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION - COMMUNITY OR CRISIS IS ACCEPTABLE.
These positions are available at Band 6.
Hours: Full Time/Part Time
Days: Monday - Sunday
Contract: 6 Months (+ongoing)
Band: 6
Salary: Upto £41.00 per hour
The applicant must be a Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Registered Social Worker.
