The Role:
This is a 12-month full time parental leave cover, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You’ll work in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and creative teams to promote the QMS brand and its product offerings.
This role requires someone with strong organisational skills, creativity, and energy to deliver a variety of digital marketing programs across multiple channels using platforms such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot CMS, Canva and Boostr to deliver innovative and engaging digital campaigns to our customers.
With fast-moving deadlines, multiple stakeholders, the role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and can juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. You’ll need to confidently take ownership of projects from start to finish while collaborating with various teams to meet tight deadlines.
As part of the CY25 Marketing Plan, your contributions will ensure cohesive messaging, impactful campaigns, and alignment with overall business objectives.
From content creation to campaign management, this is a hands-on end-to-end role with lots of variety.
Experience in the media industry is essential to understanding the landscape and crafting impactful campaigns tailored to our audience.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end brand-driven digital campaigns across 30% email, 40% social media, 10% paid trade media, 10% website management, 5% campaign landing pages, 5% Google ads and SEO.
Coordinate and implement strategies that directly support the goals of the broader marketing plan.
Manage trade media campaigns from planning, delivery, and reporting to ensure impactful results. Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future improvements.
Develop, schedule, and manage social media content plan for multiple platforms. Monitor performance and adjust strategies in real-time to optimise engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention through a variety of digital touchpoints.
Oversee regular website updates, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and campaign needs, including landing page development.
Manage the HubSpot database for accurate segmentation, data hygiene, and reporting. Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns and quarterly newsletters using marketing automation in HubSpot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and align with overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced in digital marketing with a strong track record of managing digital channels and delivering measurable results.
Exceptional copywriting skills, paired with a knack for creating and executing engaging, high-quality content.
Proven expertise in campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, and automation tools like HubSpot or similar.
Preference for candidates with media or Out of Home (OOH) experience—understanding our industry is a big plus!
Task-focused and detail-oriented, you thrive and adapt effortlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
