Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

Job Summary : As a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) environment. You will collaborate closely with Client senior stakeholders to comprehend business objectives, develop and maintaining alignment with Client's technological strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance our financial and operational systems. Essential Functions : 1. Solution Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement customizations and configurations for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet specific business requirements. 2. Customization and Configuration : Customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including finance, supply chain management, and retail. Configure workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to optimize business processes. 3. Integration : Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems using Data Entities, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs. 4. Development : Utilize X for custom development, including creating and modifying forms, reports, and data entities. Develop and deploy custom business logic and functionalities. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and performance of custom solutions and configurations. 6. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations. 7. Support and Troubleshooting : Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 F&O, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems. Collaborate with support teams to address user-reported issues. 8. Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. 9. Training : Assist in the training of end-users and support staff and develop user guides and training materials as needed. 10. All other duties, as assigned. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development, including customizations and : - Proficiency in X programming language and development within Dynamics 365 F&O. - Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including finance, supply chain management, and project management. - Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization. - Familiarity with Data Entities, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and integration patterns. - Knowledge of SQL and data management best practices. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and architectural patterns. - Effective problem-solving skill (ref:hirist.tech)
