Oracle Procurement Consultant- SCM Module

Job Title : Oracle Procurement Consultant. Experience : 6-8 years. 1 year direct contract role with our client. Remote role from India. Platform : Oracle Procurement. Job Overview : We are looking for an Oracle Procurement Consultant with a solid background in strategic procurement, approval management, and direct procurement, including a strong understanding of SCM touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Oracle Procurement modules, particularly in contracts, sourcing, and workflow approvals, to optimize procurement processes and support business needs. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Procurement : - Manage and execute procurement processes in contracts and sourcing within Oracle Procurement Cloud. - Develop and enforce procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals. - Oversee vendor selection, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships through sourcing events. Approval Management : - Configure and manage approval workflows for procurement transactions to ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Collaborate with business units to define approval hierarchies, requisition workflows, and exception management. - Optimize and troubleshoot approval processes to enhance procurement efficiency. Direct Procurement with SCM Touchpoints : - Oversee direct procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. - Work closely with SCM (Supply Chain Management) teams to ensure procurement processes align with inventory and fulfillment needs. - Coordinate between procurement and SCM modules for seamless integration across purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations. Required Skills : - Extensive experience in Oracle Procurement modules, including Contracts, Sourcing, and Approval Management. - Knowledge of direct procurement processes and familiarity with SCM touchpoints for integrated workflows. - Ability to configure and manage approval workflows and requisition processing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing procurement cycles. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in any faculty. - Oracle Procurement Cloud certification is preferred.
